Guess what today is? Well of course it is skin cancer Tuesday, the day where tanning is 1/2 in my town and I decide that I have become too pasty white so I lay in a death coffin to "brighten" up my body.
Yep I am very aware that tanning beds are bad for you and that they cause skin cancer and all that jazz, but I am somewhat selfish and I don't care. The sun causes skin cancer as well but you won't see my all bundled up in the summertime, if it was above 10 degrees outside I would be out there trying to tan my white ass, but that is not the case so a tanning bed is where I must go.
I wish that I could read a book in the tanning bed like I do when I lay out on my comfy chair in the backyard. The new Jodi Picoult book was just sent to my Ipad Kindle App and all I want to do is start reading it. I know that I can't start right now at 7:25 am because I would probably never stop and I do have some work that needs to get done today. A lot of work in fact-and I have acupuncture this afternoon :)

I agree with you. It doesn't matter how bad the tanning bed is, I have to do it when the time comes.
